On 30 September 2008, we presented our project slides in class. Although I was assigned to present some of the slides, I feel that I did not do well. I could have expressed my explanation clearer, in order to let the audience understand better.
However, I feel that my group members did very well although one of our group members is absent. The contributions that we contributed have shown in the slideshow and it was a big success. My group leader and SeowTing have really answered the questions asked by my classmates promtly and clearly.
Also, I feel that teamwork and the ideas that we contributed are very important. This project has made my friendship with my besties closer and I believed that everyone in our group have really enjoyed this project.

We went to the singapore polytechnic for a solar farm tour on 29 july. It was meaningful to me as it was my first time visiting a solar farm. Generally, i feel that solar energy is very important as we are running out of fossil fuels and they can only be replenished in the next millions of years.
During the lecture, I learnt that solar energy is free as it came from the sun naturally. Hence, the energy that we get from the sun does not have to be processed and it does not release harmful substances into the environment like nitrogen oxide, carbon monoxide and smoke particles.
However, it is expensive to build a solar farm and it costs a hefty sum.
After the lecture, we were guided by the lecturer to the rooftop, where the solar panals are installed there. It was such a humid day that everyone is trying to find a shelter. I was so amazed by the spectacular sight and the solar panal is extremely hot.
All in all, i enjoyed the trip to Singapore poly as i have really gained quite a lot of experience for me. The trip has also widen my knowledge for solar energy.

we had our presentation about our ideas of what we wanted to do .It was considered as a success to me .We could answered all the question asked by our classmates and teachers .Our presentation also has our ideas about our project .We made alot of effort for this project and it was nicely done .We enjoyed this whole process and all those days with our team work for this project .

Our presentation is spoken loudly and clearly for our audience to hear clearly .Our team mates is cooperative and they did their parts for the project .We encouraged each other during the presentation and help each other along in the presentation .I really enjoy this project . :D

On 29July ,
We went to Singapore polytechnic for solar farm visit .First , we had a lecture on the solar panels and solar power .During the lecture ,I have learn that the fossils fuels are running low and they are going to finish up soon until the next hundred million years when the fossil fuels are made .

I have also learn that many things can use solar energy to function instead of fossil fuels .All we have to do is to install solar panels on them .Those solar power are FREE and RECYCLABLE .It does not give out greenhouse effect and produce CFCs that can harm our environment and our body ,also destroying our ozone layer unlike burning fossil fuels .It also shows us that how energy is transferred to the solar panel and changes to the energy we use .The lecture also provided us important information on alternative sources .

After that ,we also went up to the rooftop that shows us lots of solar panels installed there .They are so nice .Although the trip was SUNNY ,it was an eye opener for me as i did not see this solar panels and have close contact with them before .I enjoyed myself that day .
